Passengers flying internationally can check-in at their airline ticket counter in the ticketing hall, then proceed to the TSA security checkpoint located in the center of the terminal building. Passengers should be be prepared to present valid photo I.D. and a boarding pass.
Volaris, our international airline that offers flights non-stop to Guadalajara, operates from the C Concourse.
If your flight will be clearing customs, once you exit the aircraft you will enter the Customs & Border Protection facility located next to the main terminal building. If you are picking up an arriving party, RNO has seating and a family waiting area in the main terminal near baggage claim Door D.
