Passenger Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Passenger drop-off and pick-up happens at the front curb of the ticketing and baggage claim areas. Remember, the curb is for quick loading and unloading only—no parking or leaving your vehicle unattended.
Please note: Unattended vehicles at the curb may be cited, towed, or searched by Airport Police. Safety regulations are strictly enforced.
Skybridge clearance is 14’6″. Canopy clearance is 13′.
Free Waiting Lot
Dropping off or picking up your loved ones from the airport has never been easier. RNO has a free, 24-hour Waiting Lot, located at 1198 National Guard Way, where motorists meeting arriving passengers can wait until passengers call to say they are ready to be picked up at the outer curb.
When using the Free Waiting Lot, vehicles must be attended at all times. No commercial vehicles or ride-service vehicles allowed.
If your party needs to retrieve checked luggage, we suggest they wait to call you until after they have their luggage in their possession, since waiting is not permitted at the outer curb.

Short-Term Garage Parking
Guests can also park in the short-term garage and enter the terminal to greet their loved ones.
