RNO has two electric vehicle charging stations:

• Short-Term Parking: The charging station is located near the south-central end of the first floor.
• Long-Term Parking: The charging station is located at the southwest corner on the third floor.

There is no fee to use the charging stations, but regular parking rates apply once you exit the garage. The Level I chargers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and provide a slower, household-style charge (115V). Check with your car manufacturer for the correct charger type. The Skybridge, located above the passenger pick-up and drop-off driving lanes, has a height clearance of 14’6″ and the canopies along the curb have a height restriction of 13′.

If your vehicle cannot fit into the parking garage, requires more room than one parking space, or extends into the driving path and adjacent areas, it is considered an oversized vehicle. Due to increased parking demand, oversized vehicles are not permitted. Vehicles occupying multiple spaces or that impede traffic flow in aisle ways will be towed at the owner’s expense. Please take an alternate method of transportation to the airport.

Yes, RNO offers a 10-minute grace period in all parking lots. You will not be charged if you exit within 10 minutes. After that, rates apply based on the lot.

Parking citations are issued for violations of curbside and parking regulations, which help ensure a safe and efficient experience for all travelers. Common violations include parking in an illegal space, taking up multiple spaces, or leaving a vehicle unattended at the front curb.

Passengers can be dropped off at the outer curb at ticketing and baggage claim, but remember that the outer curb is for immediate loading or unloading only. Vehicles left unattended or parked alongside the outer curb are not permitted and will be asked to move.

Designated Parking Areas:
Turo vehicles have dedicated spaces marked in red located in the Long-Term Surface Lot. To access, take a ticket at the lot entrance and drive straight to the west side where the designated spaces are located.

If you’re a Turo host and all designated spaces are full, face-to-face exchanges are required. By contract, Turo vehicles are not permitted to park anywhere else on airport property.

Face-to-Face Exchanges:
These exchanges take place outside the D Doors, located at the far north end of Baggage Claim. Follow signs to the rideshare shelter in the ground transportation lot. Vehicles must not be left unattended.
