Complimentary Hotel Shuttles
Complimentary Hotel Shuttles stop along the curb, outside the D Doors North of Baggage Claim, to pick up passengers. When you see your shuttle, please safely approach the vehicle and board as the shuttle may not stop directly in front of where you are waiting.

Drop-off: Passengers may be dropped-off anywhere along the front curb of the terminal building.
Pick-up: The passenger pick-up area for ride shares is located outside of the D Doors located north of Baggage Claim. Follow signs outside of the D Doors, at the far north end of Baggage Claim, and look for the ride share shelter in the ground transportation lot where customers may safely wait for pick-up by the ride share.
Ride Share Safety Tips:
S – Stop. Plan ahead. Before you request a ride, think about where you’re headed and review the safety features in the app so you know how to use them.
A – Ask. Ask your driver “what’s my name” to confirm they have booked a trip with you through the ride sharing app.
M – Match. Match the make and model and license plate of the car with the one displayed in the app.
I – Inform. Share the details of your trip with a friend. Utilize the “share status” function in the Uber app.

Peer-to-Peer Car Sharing
Peer-to-Peer Car Sharing company, Turo, is available at RNO.
Designated Parking Areas:
There are designated parking spaces market in red located in the overflow lot (Blue Lot) along the airport loop road. The entrance to the lot is along the right side of the loop road marked with “overflow” signage.
The face-to-face exchange area for Turo is located outside of the D Doors located north of Baggage Claim. Follow signs outside of the D Doors, at the far north end of Baggage Claim, and look for the rideshare shelter in the ground transportation lot where customers may exchange through Turo.
Pedestrian access is available north of the airport entrance at E. Plumb Lane. Please see marked pedestrian signage along Terminal Way.
City Bus service is provided by RTC RIDE between the airport, downtown Reno, and Meadowood Mall. Passengers with a different destination can connect to another bus at the downtown Reno or Meadowood Mall stops.The closest stop to the airport is RTC Route 12, with a pick-up/drop-off location near Terminal Way and Villanova Drive. This route operates 7 days a week. Airport guests interested in specific route information can contact RTC Customer Service for assistance at (775) 348-RIDE (Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – noon and 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.) or visit their website at www.rtcwashoe.com.
The Reno-Tahoe International Airport is also serviced by RTC Access, a paratransit service that provides door-to-door, prescheduled transportation for people with disabilities who meet the eligibility criteria.
