Can I book my ride ahead of time and use the promo code?
Yes, you can book your ride in advance of your travel and claim the promo code in-app. Promo applies to rides within the promotion period.
Please note: Lyft may not allow scheduled pickups from the airport. We recommend scheduling your ride to the airport in advance and requesting your return ride once you land.
How do I claim the rideshare voucher?
Open the rideshare app, enter your destination, and apply the promo code at checkout. The discount will automatically apply if your trip qualifies.
Which rideshare companies are participating?
Uber and Lyft. Be sure to use the promo code in their respective apps to receive the discount.
Can I use this promotion if I’m visiting Reno?
This promotion is designed for locals traveling from home to RNO. It does not apply to trips that originate at the airport first.
