RNO has two electric vehicle charging stations:

Yes, your reservation through JustPark is still valid. While we recently changed parking reservation systems, if you had an existing parking reservation for the Long-Term Garage with the third-party vendor JustPark, it will be honored through your reservation date.

Yes, parking lots at the airport are secure. RNO parking areas are fenced, well-lit and regularly patrolled. For added safety, we recommend taking valuables with you or leaving them at home, especially during extended stays.

Road and curbside clearance:

The Skybridge, located above the passenger pick-up and drop-off driving lanes, has a height clearance of 14’6″ and the canopies along the curb have a height restriction of 13′.

Yes, RNO offers a 10-minute grace period in all parking lots. You will not be charged if you exit within 10 minutes. After that, rates apply based on the lot.

Parking citations are issued for violations of curbside and parking regulations, which help ensure a safe and efficient experience for all travelers. Common violations include parking in an illegal space, taking up multiple spaces, or leaving a vehicle unattended at the front curb.

If you believe you were incorrectly cited, you may appeal by completing a Parking Citation Appeal Form within 30 days of the infraction. 

Passengers can be dropped off at the outer curb at ticketing and baggage claim, but remember that the outer curb is for immediate loading or unloading only. Vehicles left unattended or parked alongside the outer curb are not permitted and will be asked to move.

Designated Parking Areas:
Turo vehicles have dedicated spaces marked in red located in the Long-Term Surface Lot. To access, take a ticket at the lot entrance and drive straight to the west side where the designated spaces are located.

If you’re a Turo host and all designated spaces are full, face-to-face exchanges are required. By contract, Turo vehicles are not permitted to park anywhere else on airport property.

Face-to-Face Exchanges:
These exchanges take place outside the D Doors, located at the far north end of Baggage Claim. Follow signs to the rideshare shelter in the ground transportation lot. Vehicles must not be left unattended.
