MEDIA ALERT – Southwest Begins Nonstop Oakland Flights at Reno-Tahoe International Airport

What:  Join public officials, members of Southwest Airlines, and Airport representatives, as we celebrate the inaugural service between Oakland and Reno on Southwest Airlines. Three new daily flights will connect travelers with Oakland and the Bay Area. We will launch the new service with food, dance, art & fun, as we celebrate the fastest, easiest way to the Bay.

Reno-Tahoe International Airport continues to see growth in numbers of passengers and frequency of flights, but now it is up to the community to fill the seats, in order to keep the flight. Join us for a celebration of a route Reno-Tahoe has been seeking for years!
