There are many benefits to leasing ground with the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA), including tax breaks and no land financing or acquisition costs. RTAA offers ground leases allowing for reduced capital expenditures for land with long-term lease terms allowing for full amortization of your building investment. Our two distinct airports can meet aviation-related airside access site selection requirements as well as distribution and warehousing site selection criteria. Tolles Development Company – Airway Commerce Park

Tolles Development Company to build a Class-A mixed use industrial and commercial center to be known as Airway Commerce Park on a RTAA-owned vacant parcel of land just south of RNO. The parcel of land, known as Home Gardens South, is located at the southeast corner of McCarran Boulevard and Airway Drive and consists of approximately 50 acres of land.
