The Reno-Stead Airport (RTS) is a 5,000 acre general aviation facility, owned and operated by the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority, that is quickly becoming a major economic hub in northern Nevada.

The Reno-Stead Airport is proud to recognize Aviation Classics as the fixed base operator (FBO). Aviation Classics is Northern Nevada’s premier full service FBO, FAA Repair Station and Avionics Shop located on Reno-Stead Airfield just 10 miles NW of Downtown Reno, Nev. The FBO offers a wide range of services to the aviation community including repair and maintenance, Avionics sales and service, aircraft recovery/storage, Warbird restoration, as well as being the exclusive provider of Phillips66 aviation products on the airport.

Citizen Advisory Boad Meeting – Ward 4

Citizens Advisory Boards (CABs) are organized meetings held on a regular basis for the purpose of bringing community members together to discuss topics of interest within their neighborhood, express ideas and concerns to Washoe County staff, and hear from subject matter experts.

Food Bank of Northern Nevada
Thursday, October 15th, 9:00am – 11:00am
Food Bank’s Mobile Harvest program will be at the Stead Airport to distribute produce and other fresh food items to community members. All community members in need of food assistance are welcome to visit Mobile Harvest. There are no qualification requirements, and each household may pick up food from a Mobile Harvest distribution once per week.
