Fly In Santa 2025

Saturday, December 13th, 10am – 1 pm

Join the Stead Airport and friends to invite Santa into our neighborhood! The doors open at 10am, and Santa and Ms. Claus will be taxiing in at 11am. There will be games and prizes for the kiddos, as well as story time, the pups from Paws for Passengers, Aviation Youth Program booths that provide information on events that happen throughout the year, and refreshments. Get your picture taken with Santa and Ms. Claus for those holiday cards. Event ends at 1pm. Free to the community!
Food Bank of Northern Nevada

Thursday, December 18th, 9:00am – 11:00am

Food Bank’s Mobile Harvest program will be at the Stead Airport to distribute produce and other fresh food items to community members. All community members in need of food assistance are welcome to visit Mobile Harvest. There are no qualification requirements, and each household may pick up food from a Mobile Harvest distribution once per week.

2. Provide citizens the opportunity for early engagement on important community issues.
