RENO, Nev. (Nov. 3, 2026) – The Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) invites travelers and art enthusiasts to experience the rich diversity of Indian art with “Vibrant Visions,” now on display in the airport’s depARTures Gallery through Jan. 27, 2027. Presented by the India Arts & Culture Center in Reno, the showcase includes 40 artworks featuring bold colors, intricate patterns and centuries-old traditions. From tribal and folk art to textiles and depictions of beloved figures like Ganesha and Krishna, each piece tells a story of nature, spirituality and community.

The exhibit offers travelers a glimpse of India’s vast and ever-evolving artistic landscape, carried forward by generations of artisans and continuously reimagined by contemporary creators. Today, Indian artists are also embracing northern Nevada as their home, sharing their traditions while engaging with the city’s creative spirit. Their work brings new color, texture and narrative to Reno’s cultural fabric, fostering a dialogue where global heritage and local identity meet.

“Vibrant Visions” is a must-see exhibit that highlights how creativity is always in motion. Passengers are welcome to experience this enriching showcase before it departs in January.

As part of the Arts at the Airport program, RNO’s depARTures Gallery, located post-security, features rotating exhibits including displays of all art forms from local and regional organizations and artists collectives that celebrate the heritage and creative development of northern Nevada. Arts at the Airport connects travelers and the airport community with the creativity, character, landscapes, cultures and people of the region and beyond.
