RENO, Nev. (July 9, 2026) – The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) board of trustees selected its new slate of officers for fiscal year 2026-27.
Adam Kramer, appointed by the Washoe County Commission, is elected chair of the RTAA board. A trustee since 2021, he has been a steady advocate for sustainability and innovative energy solutions including during his previous service as board chair in fiscal year 2022-23. He is the North American data center group partner for Panattoni Development and serves on the board of directors for Renown Health. He holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, a M.S. from the University of Cincinnati, and a B.S. from Menlo College.
“It’s an honor to be chosen by my colleagues to lead the board,” said Kramer. “My time on the board has been focused on strengthening the organization and preparing for what’s next. I’m excited to continue that work—supporting our community’s needs, elevating RTAA’s impact and moving us forward with a clear, future-focused vision.”
The officers supporting Kramer for fiscal year 2026-27 include Vice Chairman Roy Tuscany, representing the Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority; Treasurer Courtney Young, representing Washoe County; and Secretary Joel Grace, representing the City of Reno. Rounding out the nine-member board are Trustees Ronald Bath, Shaun Carey, Mike Carrigan, Garrett Gordon and Brian Kulpin.
Trustees are appointed by the Cities of Reno and Sparks, Washoe County and the Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority. The board provides strategic direction and oversight for Reno-Tahoe International Airport and Reno-Stead Airport, ensuring they remain safe, efficient and responsive to the needs of the traveling public and the broader community.
