Print Page

RENO, Nev. (April 13, 2026) – The Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) invites travelers to share feedback to help enhance the airport parking experience.

From April 13 through May 31, individuals who have parked at RNO within the past year are encouraged to complete a short online survey. Feedback gathered will help the current customer experience and inform future improvements to parking services.

As a thank-you for participating, survey respondents will have the opportunity to enter a drawing to win five free days of parking in the Long-Term Garage, with two winners selected at random. Participants can take the survey and find full details on the drawing, including official rules, terms and conditions here on our website.

RNO appreciates the community’s participation and input as we continue working to improve the travel experience for all passengers. RNO is also actively exploring a range of long-term parking solutions to meet increasing demand as the region continues to grow. These efforts are focused on ensuring convenient, accessible and sustainable options for travelers now and in the future.

Real-time parking availability, parking reservations, construction updates and flight information are available at www.renoairport.com.

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) operates two of the most important economic drivers for our region–the Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) and the Reno-Stead Airport (RTS). The RTAA is financially self-sufficient, meaning it is funded through airport operations and not state or local taxes. Eleven airlines serve RNO, flying to multiple nonstop destinations throughout the United States and Mexico. For more details, visit www.renoairport.com.
