We received your feedback about the parking reservation experience, especially issues with QR codes and getting help when you needed it. Following the year-long trial period of JustPark, RNO is changing parking reservation systems. Designed to make planning your trip easier, all customer service is now handled by the RNO parking team.
The new system will go-live Oct. 13. If you have an existing reservation through JustPark, you’re in the clear! Those reservations will continue to be honored.
Traveling during WCSD Fall Break? Parking will be busy, and reservations are likely full, so check your options and give yourself extra time to park before heading to RNO.
MoreRNO is on the rise (literally). The foundation is in, the steel beams are on the way, and vertical construction is the next step. Soon you’ll be able to see the shape of what’s coming.
As construction advances on the new Concourse A, select gates on our existing concourses are changing to walk-out gates where passengers board the aircraft from the ground outside rather than through a jet bridge. It’s a temporary setup to accommodate construction and flight operations.
On Oct. 14 from 7-10 p.m., we’re running a simulation event at those gates, and we need volunteers to board the way a passenger would and share their experience.
You’re invited to the 2026 State of the Airport Authority address on Monday, Oct. 12! Join us as we look back at years of progress, look ahead to what’s next and share how RNO is growing alongside the community we serve.
